Candace Philander, Director at T. White Parker, recently participated in ACT-IAC’s Institute for Innovation project to determine how agencies can become more citizen-centric and improve customer service by harnessing a Life Event’s focus. Through interviews and discussion, the Life Events team explored how life events may be leveraged to deliver customer service, improve information sharing and deliver value to the general public.
Ramesh Rajagopalan, Director at T. White Parker, is part of the third ACT-IAC Presidential Transition Task Force. The goal of the task force is to provide the next administration with insights and advice on how to improve government through the effective and innovative use of technology. Mr. Rajagopalan, along with a team of expert volunteers, is working to develop a series of issue papers to advise the next administration.
